AAPI TANA Hospital Trust

AAPI- TANA Clinic is located in Ellayapalle village, located 40 kilometers from Thirupati where the famous temple of Lord Venkateswara is. Ellayapalle is a small village adjacent to Chinmayaranyam, an Ashram serving the needs of about one hundred orphans. The clinic provides the healthcare for all the students there. There is a good working relationship between the clinic and the Ashram. There are many remote villages around the clinic that depend on the clinic for their healthcare screening and treatment. There is an ambulance that travels around the villages once a week for screening of patients. Several health camps are being conducted in the clinic. Clinic was started in 1993; total staff of 5 people , sees close to 18,000 patients a year . The closest hospital is Tirupati Hospital where immunizations and education are available. C/O J.
